Tuesday, Dec. 7

* Emerson Police transported a student to New England Medical Center for flu-like symptoms.

Wednesday, Dec. 8

* Emerson Police arrested David Williams from Dorchester in front of 80 Boylston St. for larceny of $250 in connection with the recent scams at the Bank of America ATM in the Little Building.

* Emerson Police responded to a call from a student at 100 Beacon St. reporting that the shuttle bus had not been running for more than a half-hour. After investigation, it was discovered that the driver had taken the vehicle beyond his route for personal errands. Crystal Transportation removed the driver from the Emerson College route.

* A member of the Emerson College staff was struck by a taxi in front of 33 Boylston St. The staff member was not seriously injured and declined medical assistance.

* Emerson Police responded to a report of a water leak on the 10th floor of the Tufte Performance and Production Center. Facilities management repaired the problem.

Thursday, Dec. 9

* Emerson Police investigated an attempted break-in on the ninth floor of 10 Boylston Place. The break-in was not successful, and nothing was reported stolen.

* Emerson Police arrested a severely intoxicated man, Richard Lamper, on the second floor of 80 Boylston St. Lamper had a warrant out for his arrest for lewd and lascivious behavior.

* Emerson Police responded to a report of two female roommates harassing each other at 100 Beacon St. A second call was made, and the two were separated into different rooms for the night.

Friday, Dec. 10

* A female student at 100 Beacon St. was locked in her bathroom after the outside doorknob became loose and fell off. Emerson Police replaced the original knob and were able to unlock the door and free the student.

* A student walked into the Emerson Public Safety office crying while severely intoxicated and unsteady on her feet. Emerson Police called an ambulance to assess the girl's condition, and it was found that she was not in severe danger.

* A faculty member reported a man, not affiliated with Emerson, attempting to take pictures of students in the Semel Theatre and lobby of 10 Boylston Place. Emerson Police escorted the man from the building.

* An Emerson student went to Emerson Police to report having her cell phone stolen while in the Dunkin' Donuts attached to 80 Boylston St.

* Emerson Police responded to a call from the Emerson College Bookstore that a man attempted a small-time confidence scam with a cashier. The incident involved the man buying a small item with a large bill and demanding more change than he was due.

* Emerson Police transported a student to Mass. General Hospital for back pain.

* A student was taken to New England Medical Center for ingesting too much prescription medicine in a 48-hour period.

Saturday, Dec. 11

* Emerson Police responded to a report of a marijuana smell on the third floor of 80 Boylston St. No such smell was detected upon investigation.

* A student was taken to New England Medical Center for an asthma-related medical problem brought on by stress.

* A student was transported to New England Medical Center for taking too much NyQuil.

Sunday, Dec. 12

Monday, Dec. 13

* An intoxicated man propositioned two students passing the Boylston Place alley during the early morning hours. The students ignored the man, who then threw a beer bottle in their direction, which shattered on the sidewalk. The two students were not injured, and the man fled when Emerson Police arrived at the scene.

* An Emerson College staff member reported having her pocketbook stolen. Her debit card was used to make purchases at local stores. The situation is under investigation.
