Tuesday, Nov. 16
* Emerson Police transported a student from 180 Tremont St. to New England Medical Center (NEMC) for unknown reasons.
* The Boston Police Department (BPD) notified the Emerson Police of two Emerson students arrested for disturbing the peace.
Wednesday, Nov. 17
* Emerson Police and the Boston Fire Department (BFD) responded to a fire alarm at 120 Boylston St. The reason for the alarm was a faulty smoke detector in the basement.
* Emerson Police responded to reports of a man hiding in the women's bathroom at 80 Boylston St. Upon police arrival, a man named Joseph Banks was arrested for trespassing and disorderly conduct. Banks was previously arrested in 2001 for the same offense in the same location. The investigation yielded similar reports from several colleges and universities, including Worcester State College, Salem State College and Boston University. Emerson Police and the BPD are investigating the case.
Thursday, Nov. 18
* Emerson Police transported a student complaining of muscle spasms to NEMC.
Friday, Nov. 19
* Emerson Police and the BFD responded to a report of a gas leak at 120 Boylston St. It was determined that there was a gas line breach due to construction in the area. The block was evacuated for approximately an hour and a half.
Saturday, Nov. 20
* Emerson Police received a report of a student complaining that the Emerson Escort service was being slow.
Sunday, Nov. 21
* An Emerson Police officer on patrol found two students in the lobby of 80 Boylston St., severely intoxicated. The students were taken to the Office of Housing and Residence Life for discipline.
* Emerson Police and the Massachusetts State Police investigated a motor vehicle accident on Mugar Way. No Emerson students were involved.
* A student was transported to NEMC for a finger injury.
Monday, Nov. 22
* Emerson Police responded to a report of an abandoned backpack in front of Repetoire, near 120 Boylston St. It was determined after careful investigation that it was safe and was removed.
Tuesday, Nov. 23
* Emerson Police received a report from a staff member that the door of a room in 120 Boylston St. was damaged, indicating an attempted break-in. Nothing was stolen from the room.
* Emerson Police received a report from Fisher College of a man harassing passersby at 100 Beacon St. The man fled at the arrival of the BPD. They eventually found the man nearby the building and arrested him. There was already a warrant out for his arrest.

* Emerson Police received a complaint from a student about a driver for Town Taxi being rude and disrespectful. The student was told to contact Town Taxi with her complaint.
* Emerson Police confiscated a marijuana pipe found at 100 Beacon St. by resident advisors doing room inspections prior to the Thanksgiving holiday break.

* Emerson Police transported a student who was complaining of flu-like symptoms to NEMC from their apartment at 62 Boylston St.
