Recipes from yuppie chef not very yummy

Lieberman's Food Network show, "Good Deal with Dave Lieberman," airs Saturdays and Sundays. The show features Lieberman educating twenty-something yuppie types on how to create gourmet food on a budget.

Lieberman certainly falls into the yuppie category; within the first few pages of his cookbook, the reader is treated to two different pictures of Dave, one in a blue shirt and the other in a brown Hollister polo.
